Our client is a manufacturer of Capital Equipment that is used in the Pharmaceutical & Biopharma Sectors. They are seeking a strong sales professional with previous capital equipment sales experience into the Pharmaceutical Industry. This person shall be strategic with conceptional management of sales in Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland. The person shall have successful realization of the Northern and Republic of Ireland sales goals. They will work in close cooperation, coordination and communication with internal sections (service, administration, product management). They will have supervision of key accounts in the sales region as well as supervision of his/her own sales region as a regional sales manager with direct customers.

Role/Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for all sales activities and working closely with local service team leads
  • Ability to manage the sales of Capital Equipment across the Island of Ireland
  • Responsible for all events, fair attendances and seminars in the sales region
  • Consolidation of existing business relations as well as establishment of new customers and business partners in the sales region
  • Cooperation with innovations in marketing, sales and product development
  • Continuous improvement of internal processes for efficient sales transactions in cooperation with other departments
  • Acts independently within the general guidelines and directions
  • Is responsible for the best possible implementation and achievement of the tasks defined above for the job
  • Ability to travel internationally as is required for product training

Education/Experience:

  • Scientific qualification OR business degree with experience of selling laboratory Capital equipment into the Biopharma/Pharma Industry
  • Capital equipment sales into Pharma/Biopharma Industry essential
  • Knowledge of IQ.OQ.PQ and GLP/GMP awareness essential
  • Full, clean driver licence essential
